SHIPPING
All items are sent via New Zealand Post along with a tracking number. A order number will be provided along with a confirmation of your order in which will have all these details. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared this can take up to 2 to 3 days depending on payment method.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
There may be times when you need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to other rights you have as a consumer under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online, please contact us for return details.
Please contact within 48 hours of the goods being received if there are any issues ie:
Damage to item
Incorrect item being delivered.
When a product is ordered and you do not like it anymore, you do not like how it fits or just do not want it anymore a credit will be applied to your account.
Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.
Items can only be exchanged for the same style in a different size. If the alternative size is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions below are meet, a refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment.
Items on sale will not be refunded for change of mind, but will be refunded where the item is faulty or defective. Or exchanged for a different size.
