FAQs

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once your order has been placed along with payment processed we start work on it immediately. Please contact us ASAP via phone or email to see what we can do to prevent the order leaving our premises.
  • Where is my order?
    With every order processed we email a confirmation of the order along with a tracking number.
  • Part of my order is partly missing/Incorrect/Damaged
    Please contact via email or phone. Please have your order and tracking number handy so we can look into it. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products. If your products are damaged a photo will need to be sent to us vie email or phone.
  • How can I change my order?
    It is really important to review your order before you confirm it, this is when you can make changes and/or add to your order. Once/when the order is confirmed it means that the purchaser has checked and happy with the order. However we are always open and welcome a phone call or email to chat through any concerns.
  • How do I pay?
    We except all major credit/debit cards, Afterpay, Laybuy. Please refer to our payment methods
  • How long will my goods take to arrive and who are your couriers?
    We use NZ Post courier service and all deliveries are tracked and traced. Orders would normally take up to 7 working days pending where in NZ you live, public holidays we add another 2 to 3 days.
  • Do you issue a confirmation of my order?
    Yes we do, we will email you a confirmation of your order along with a order number and tracking number.
  • Have you got a size guide
    Yes we do, please refer to our size guide.
  • Can I talk to a real person?
    Yes, we would love to chat with you about anything at all that may concern you. Please contact us via our email or phone.
  • What happens if I cannot remember my password?
    We will direct you to our section about changing your password/updating personal details.
